Lee was born January 7, 1936, to Herbert and Florence Felske in Bettendorf IA. In 1963 Lee married Clyde Tramutolo in Bettendorf and they were married for forty-five years. Clyde and Lee traveled and lived in Germany and Italy for many years before returning back to Iowa and settling in Cedar Rapids. Clyde and Lee have one daughter. Lee was a registered girl scout for over twenty years beginning as a child and then a leader for her daughter’s troop and then her granddaughters’ troops. She was also a Sunday school teacher. She worked many years for Langan Plumbing and Parker Heating and Air as an office manager. She had many hobbies, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. The thing that Lee enjoyed the most was spoiling her two granddaughters and later, her great grand kids. After retiring, Lee wintered in Arizona and made many friends in Sun city. She lived in Corridor Crossing when she moved back to Iowa permanently and was a spit fire in their living community. She will be remembered by the many friends she made there.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her two brothers, Herb and Joe; two sisters, Winola and Janette; as well as her husband Clyde.

Lee leaves behind her daughter, Ann Parker, of Cedar Rapids, and son in law Roy Parker of Mechanicsville; granddaughters Kayle (Chris) Claypoole and Mallory Parker; her great grandchildren, Kinnon Parker, Landon Ashbacher, Olivia Ashbacher, and Mavrick Close; and several nieces and nephews.
